Dr. Purnendu Bhushan has more than a decade of professional experience in technical education, institutional administration, and academic leadership. He started his teaching career as a Mechanical Lecturer at Bihar Institute of Management Science & Technology from July 2011 to August 2012. During this period, he taught Mechanical Engineering subjects and guided students in practical engineering applications, workshop practices, and technical fundamentals. His teaching style focused on simplifying complex engineering concepts and helping students understand subjects through practical examples and real-life applications.

From 2012 to 2013, he served as the Principal of Nalanda Private Industrial Training Institute. In this role, he handled academic administration, institutional planning, faculty coordination, and student discipline. He worked actively toward improving vocational and technical education standards while encouraging skill-based learning among students. His leadership helped in creating a disciplined and student-friendly educational environment.

Between 2015 and 2017, Dr. Bhushan worked as the Principal of J. P. Institute of Technology Pvt. ITI. During his tenure, he focused on institutional development, technical training programs, academic management, and student career guidance. He emphasized practical learning, technical skill development, and career-oriented education so that students could become professionally competent and industry-ready.

I served as Head of the Department (HOD) of Mechanical Engineering at J.P. Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021. During my tenure, I was responsible for academic leadership, faculty development, student mentoring, and departmental administration. In recognition of my contributions and leadership, I was subsequently promoted as the Principal of the institution.

Since 2021, I have been serving as the Principal of J. P. Institute of Technology. Under my leadership, the institution has continued to promote quality education, discipline, technical excellence, and practical learning methodologies. I strongly believe in integrating theoretical knowledge with industrial exposure to prepare students for modern engineering and technological challenges. My educational vision focuses on empowering students through knowledge, innovation, discipline, and skill development.
